Bentonville.

Last Saturday, we went to the Bentonville reenactment.  This time, it was a Civil War battle.

This cute Confederate soldier was so nice to take a picture with me.  But his English accent was a little confusing...

We had to stomp through the forest to find a decent place to watch, but we ended up with the best spot on the field!  It was amazing!  I guess they only do this reenactment every 5 years, so there were tons of people.  And afterward, we had dinner and shopping with friends.  It was a great weekend!

Guilford Courthouse.

Lately Ben has been dragging me (and some friends) to a couple of local reenactments.  On the 13th, we saw the Guilford Courthouse reenactment.  The details are sketchy for me (I'm terrible at history, even after Ben explained it to me), but I know it was the Revolutionary War.

I actually liked it.  Who knew I was such a nerd?  Wait, nobody answer that.

Circus.

A little while ago, we went to the circus with our friends, the Jacksons.  I had never been to the circus and I was SO excited!  And it was fantastic!  Loved it!

The elephants were my favorite.

Now all I want is to do is find a nice, calm elephant and ride it.
